MARK MILLS-BISHOP – GOFFS OAK WARD

Cllr. Mark Mills-Bishop, is married and has four children all educated at Goffs School in Broxbourne. He has lived in the Borough for nearly 30 years, and retired after serving 30 years with the Metropolitan Police Service as a CID officer investigating serious crime.

He was elected Mayor of the Borough of Broxbourne in Hertfordshire on 18th May 2010. Cllr. Mills-Bishop has served as Chair of Governors at Turnford School and Longlands School. He is currently the Chair of the independent Appeal Panel for School Admissions and Exclusions for both Primary and Secondary School children in the county of  Hertfordshire.

”I believe that over the last four years my past experience has help me to make a valuable contribution to the residents of Goffs Oak and I have worked hard to deal with all the concerns of the community and the wider people of Broxbourne. I look forward to being a good ward councillor and mayor for all the peoples of the borough”.
